If you're not scared of a little bit of hard work then this place could really work for you.

Imagine the end result after appropriate renovations. As you can see by the photos, the condition of this home does need to be sorted out and not all of it would be terribly difficult. Certainly, if you are not a tradie then you would probably need to find help.

A donga has been attached to the side of the house which could serve as a 4th bedroom and 3rd bathroom however, we are unsure if it is council approved. The rest of the house, with a split-level configuration, has 3 bedrooms on the upper level, one with a built in wardrobe and all with ceiling fans, and a fairly good sized bathroom.

On the middle level is the lounge room, meals area, kitchen and the attached extra area that could possibly serve as bedroom and bathroom. The country-style kitchen is usable and of fair size, serving straight to the meals area.

Down a few steps to the laundry and into free space, that would work as a games room or family room and then into what is the 2nd bathroom, in need of some repair also.

Outside there is a lot of shedding with 3 phase power running to one of the sheds, another couple of sheds that used to be used for stables and tons of area for workshop and storage.

Behind the sheds there are many fruit trees and at the back of the property a small mango orchard. The bore is located amongst the mango trees.

In summary, plenty of room for the kids to run about, plenty of room for a super workshop and after some fixing up a really nice 4 bedroom home in a no thru road. Peace and quiet.
