Since 1990, Mark has been involved in residential, business, commercial and agricultural sales and management. He has gained much knowledge of processes suitable for different economic climates.
As a young fellow, Mark played representative soccer and enjoyed participating in most sports, until the time came when business took precedence and sport had to take a back seat. He raised his 4 children on his own which has taught him a lot about balance and progress and has been able to employ some of that thought process in his business ventures.
Over the years, Mark has been retained to offer advice on Business Development and Project Management and has shown that with his care and understanding, along with his vast knowledge in these areas, great results can be achieved when we stick to the plan.
In 2011, when the floods did so much damage to the lives of many people, Mark's business was in the Brisbane Valley and was heavily impacted by the severe flooding. He was fortunate enough to find a buyer for the struggling business and had some time off doing a little fishing, some travel and riding his push bike, which is where he met his wife.
Nowadays, he mainly deals with Residential and Commercial acquisitions and management and often says, "If you tell me what you want I should be able to find it for you". That attitude has served Mark well over the years and when you deal with him you will see that even the most complex issues can sometimes be overcome with logic and thought.
Living in Auchenflower has become a most enjoyable experience for Mark. He, and his wife Ann, often use public transport to get to the city and Southbank for dinner, a show or to participate in one of the many events that regularly happen in the area. Most mornings they cycle around what is known as the river loop and stop for a coffee before preparing for the day ahead.
So, if you are considering a real estate transaction, or, you would just like to know more about the area, contact Mark.
