Take a minute to jot down what it is that you expect from someone who is about to take you on a mammoth journey. If you have some sort of plan and your chosen agent has a plan then, chances are, you will probably come out of it ok.
One of the more important things you might expect is fantastic communication. You decide how often, what type and how it should be delivered to you. Some like a weekly report and others may choose to hear more frequently. You decide and pass your message on, I'm sure it will happen as you choose.
You need, and have the right, to know of anyone that is considering your home and what their opinion is of the presentation, suspected maintenance or repairs and importantly, the price. It could be difficult to sell if your opinion is much higher than anyone that has inspected.
